Balari Fitness was born out of Ariana’s passions. She has dedicated her life to helping others through her career as a social worker and fitness professional. Ariana is a university educated Social Worker and a Certified personal trainer.
This is fitness with heart – where transformation starts beyond the gym.
“I went from 125kg to 95kg and a resting six pack in less than a year. Ariana helped me identify my internal roadblocks which lead to poor choices. We built a strategy together and this was the foundation of my change. Being time poor due to my workload she built me a 20 minute daily training program which I could do from home and actually commit to. Most importantly she taught me how to manage my own macros and nutrition to make the right food choices.”
