Physical Products
We offer a 14-day replacement or store credit guarantee on all physical products.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and any free gifts included.
Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense after reaching out to our team via the Contact us now form.
Please Note:
Balari Fitness reserves the right to refuse replacement or credit if the returned item is found to be damaged, worn, or soiled upon inspection.
Items purchased on sale or using a coupon code will incur a restocking fee of AUD $20 per item returned, unless the product is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Photo evidence will be required.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All service-based products, including coaching, training, and programs, are non-refundable.
